THE VENETIAN NATIONAL LIBERATION COMMITTEE

A SUBJECT  OF INTERNATIONAL LAW ACCREDITED TO THE ONU

WHAT IS/DOES THE CLNV DO

The CLNV is a LIBERATION MOVEMENT that reclaims all the land that was originally under Venetian jurisdiction during the napoleonic invasion . This movement uses Italian and International laws to retrieve the land that was unlawfully colonised. The very land that spans from Bergamo to Friuli corresponding to the territories of the Serenissima Republic Venetian at the time of the napoleonic invasion.
Being a subject of international right registered to the ONU,pursues the objective of DECOLONISATION OF THE OCCUPIED VENETIAN TERRITORIES on the execution as expected by the LAW and the INTERNATIONAL TREATY endorsed by Italy as well.

The CLNV acts on behalf of the people as an aggregate organisation to use the international law to prove and legitimise the existence of this oppressed nation that is united by its secluded History, ethnicity, religion and culture.

THE ITALIAN CONSTITUTION IS EXPECTED TO SUBMIT TO THE INTERNATIONAL LAWS AND TREATIES.

In particular,The article 10 of the constitution states that a general international law becomes a standard in all the countries, meanwhile article 11 states that Italy tries to promote and favour the formation on international organisations therefore accepting the limitations of sovereignty to contribute to the peace and cooperation between the nations

WHAT DOES THE INTERNATIONAL LAW SAY.

National liberation movements/committees, such as the national venetian liberation committee, are subject to international rights qualified from their international legitimisation based on the right to self-determine sanctioned by the “international pact relative to civil rights and politics” approved in New York on the 19th december of 1996,ratified by Italy with the use of the law n.881 of the 25th october of 1977.

WHAT WE AREN’T

We aren’t a political party of the Italian constitution nor a syndicate,We are a LIBERATION COMMITTEE declare by the UN as a subject of international right.

  • We aren’t subject to Italian Law.

We do not identify the Italian state as “Legal” on venetian territories, despite the fact that the Italian government claims that the territory is legitimately theirs.
We do not recognise all the military and police forces as “legal occupants” of the venetian territory.

  • We do not recognise any Italian agencies or enforcers.

We do not recognise any fiscal taxation from the Italian state on venetian property, citizens, products and territories, of which have a sole temporary referent and enforcer.we recognise the temporary referent as the venetian national liberation committee.
